Do not create fake account(s), either on CoCo Services or on independent services with which CoCo may interact. You must not use fake accounts to access more data than what would be available in normal manual usage.

Review and comply with all privacy and personal-data laws applicable to your use case. This may include:

• providing required information and notices,
• obtaining consent where necessary,
• respecting data-subject rights, and
• maintaining confidentiality and integrity of personal data.

3. Outreach is never SPAM

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM) by email or through any platform or website offering messaging. Select your audience carefully so your messages are relevant to recipient function or profession.
